Our Philosophy

Nak Cabinetry Philosophy

At NAK Cabinetry our designers love their work. Like an expression of art, the skill they posses brings your project to life naturally. Balance also plays a very important role in how we interact with our clients. At NAK Cabinetry we believe strongly that each project should be a close knit collaboration between home owner and designer. To achieve that goal, we use a 6 step process to guide our clients through their purchase.

We also ask our sales professionals and designers along with project managers to apply 5 key principles that help build successful relationships with our clients. They are as follows:

  1. Listen first.
  2. Skilfully ask questions to clarify understanding of your wishes, and then,
  3. Reassure the client by repeating back to them their wishes to make sure that they have been accurately understood
  4. Document each detail and have the client sign it.
  5. Follow up to advise the client regarding any special items on their wish list and to confirm timelines. If budget or delivery date will be exceeded by a wish or a change to the design, make sure the client is aware both of costs involved and time adjustments, Document any changes and have the customer sign for them.

Using these 5 principles is how we carefully and methodically build and implement a custom design and bring to reality your personal dream, whether that be a new kitchen, bathroom, closet, laundry room or some other form of storage or custom built-in furniture.

Like a conductor of an orchestra it is the designers responsibility to bring everything together to create an attractive, harmonious plan. Just as you would intimately know your families preferences, so to our designers live and breathe their profession and will know exactly which solutions are best suited for you. When you meet with a NAK designer to review your plans, they may offer recommendations and make suggestions tailored to your personal requirements, budget and circumstances.

Like a skilled artist, each NAK designer will also lend their own unique perspective and experiences to your final design, to create a truly unique and personal masterpiece. A NAK Cabinetry masterpiece!
